We are looking for an experienced
PADI Dive Instructor
If you are an experienced PADI Dive Instructor and you are ready for a new challenge, we would love to have you with us! We don’t need to explain to you what the work of a PADI Dive Instructor entails โ you know that. What we find interesting is what you add to our team of dive professionals (about 60 employees). And…..what you would like to learn? Because not only do our guests come to learn, we also find it very important for you to continue to develop.
What are we looking for
- At least PADI OWSI.
- A service-oriented mindset.
- Experience with teaching and guiding of courses and dives.
- Experience in customer service or other social jobs.
- Friendly character and eager to learn new things.
- Driving license.
- Fluent in English (Spanish, Dutch and/or German are a plus)

- Dive Friends Bonaire is a 5 Star PADI IDC Dive Center.
- We have 7 dive shop locations and 3 retail stores.

Dive Retail Employee
We are looking for a new
RETAIL SALES PROFESSIONAL
With 8 different locations and 3 retail stores, Dive Friends Bonaire has the biggest dive operation on Bonaire. We have approx. 60 employees. Divers are trained from beginner to professional level. We introduce guests to the most beautiful dive sites on Bonaire. Our dive shops are open 7 days per week to provide a perfect experience for our guests.
We are also specialized in selling dive equipment, as well for the individual diver as for professionals. As an importer of, for example, Scuba Pro for Bonaire, but also a supplier of other brands, we provide a large number of dive shops with their equipment.
For our Retail & Dive shop we are looking for a retail sales professional:
- to whom the diving world has no secrets;
- who feels at home as much under as above water;
- who connects commercial and technical skills;
- and who can optimally advise customers for the ultimate diving experience.
